3. Using the services of the online shop is tantamount to the full acceptance of all the stipulations of the terms and conditions hereof.
4. The prices listed in folie-online service include 19% VAT (MwSt).
   To issue the VAT 0% invoice, folie-online requires a NIP-EU number. Folie-online service reserves the right to verify the given NIP-EU numbers in the European Commission database.
   

   Should the NIP-EU be missing or incorrect, the issued invoice will include 19% VAT.

1. Purchases in folie-online service must be made only by a person over 18 years old.
2. The orders can be placed 24hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. To place an order, follow the procedures below:
   – fill the order form carefully (the customers in our database can give only their e-mail and password)
   – add the selected items to your shopping basket
   – select the form of payment
   – send the order

6. The order shall be processed provided the articles are in stock.

Delivery

1. Deliveries on the territory of Poland shall be carried out by folie-online.pl employing the services of GLS.
2. Order processing time: within 14 days from the date of confirmation of the order by folie-online.pl

Payments

1. Payments shall be made by bank transfer, AllPay or by C.O.D. (cash on delivery - the due amount is collected by a courier)
2. The customer is obliged to make a payment within 7 days from placing an order. If the payment is not made within the above mentioned time, folie-online service reserves the right to annul the order.

1. The proof or purchase is a basis for any claims.
2. The claims shall be reviewed by folie-online.pl within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
3. Please send the faulty product together with a description of the fault and the bill of sale to the address given by the shop.
4. In the case the claim is justifiable, folie-online.pl shall make a full refund of the price of the purchased product.

Return

1. The customer has the right to return the product purchased from folie-online.pl without giving a reason within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the product.
2. Folie-online.pl shall not accept the goods returned after the above mentioned periods.
3. The product whose return, refund claim or exchange shall not be accepted (exceeding the specified time, lack of required documents, original package etc.) shall be sent back at the expense of the customer.
4. The returned product cannot bear any signs of being used.
5. The total refund shall be transferred onto the bank account indicated by the customer within 7 working days from the date of the receipt of the product.
6. The postage costs of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.
7. Folie-online.pl shall not accept C.O.D. shipments.

1. Folie-online.pl reduces the amount of its customers` data to an absolute minimum and it guarantees that they shall be used solely for the realization of orders.
2. Folie-online.pl does not make any personal data available to any other subjects.
